As a small team with international reach, we are dependent on working with local, national and global partners. We also believe in partnership as a philosophy: we can all achieve more when we work together.
Since 2004, we’ve worked with well over 250 different partners. Here are just a few of our current partner organisations and some of the projects we’re producing together.

Current projects: Writer's Room, International Collaboration
The network body for Scotland’s publishing industry, supporting a vibrant community of publishers and literary professionals.
Current projects: Silent Reading Group, Year of Reading 2026 Campaign

Current projects: Dear Library Story Sessions
The biggest literary festival of its kind in the world. Founded in 1983, it brings writers and audiences together for two weeks every August to celebrate books, ideas and conversation.
Current projects: International Collaboration
The city’s tram network, helping people travel across Edinburgh and connect with its cultural and literary destinations.
Current projects: Tramlines

Current projects: Edinburgh Literary Map
